Delegate tasks to Chairs of each event as needed to ensure the event runs smoothly

Update the pack of any other opportunities for scouts in the area

Remind den leaders to enter awards before your upcoming trip to the scout store

Run reports and make the purchase order for awards and advancements

Pick up awards and advancements from the scout store

Seperate awards by scout and den

Distribute awards to the den leaders
