Help oversee pack events such as Pinewood Derby, Blue & Gold Banquet, and a Spring Fundraiser

Delegate tasks to Chairs of each event as needed to ensure the event runs smoothly

Update the pack of any other opportunities for scouts in the area

Keep track of all income and expenses for the pack

Make bank deposits as needed

Coordinate during popcorn season with the popcorn kernel to pick up cash to deposit

Work with the Cubmaster and other leaders to create the annual budget

Track the scout accounts and any balances owed

Remind den leaders to enter awards before your upcoming trip to the scout store

Run reports and make the purchase order for awards and advancements

Pick up awards and advancements from the scout store

Seperate awards by scout and den

Distribute awards to the den leaders

Plan and execute Blue & Gold Banquet in February

Includes securing location and catering

Plan decorations & theme

Plan and execute Pinewood Derby in January

Includes securing location and track from Chartered Organization

Help Cubmaster with events and Pack Meetings

Be able to step in when Cubmaster isn't available

Help new Den Leaders with their first meetings as needed

Potential to take over as Cubmaster (starting early 2026 at the latest)
